PAYMENT
Payment is require within 7 days of the end of the sale. If you purchase mulitple items you can pay with 14 days and we
will consolidate your orders.

SHIPPING
The shipping cost for each item is $19.50 Australia Wide. We do consolidate shipping for puchases of more than
item. To consolidate, go through checkout at the conclusion of your last purchase and the consolidated shipping will be
calculated for you. For each additional club purchased, the shipping is $5.00 per club.
Shipping Process
We ship orders Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays). All orders received and clear payment is received
by 2pm, will ship the same day.
Insurance
Each package is insured for up to $1000.00 in value agains loss or damage in transit for items shipped via courier. Items
shipped via Australia Post will be covered for up to $100.00 in value and extra insurance can be purchased at the rate of
$1.20 per $100.00 in value.
Delivery Address
Couriers will not delivery to a Post Office box. To ship via courier we need street address. If you will not be home at time of
delivery, the couriers are given an Authority to Leave which means they will find a safe location at your house to leave the
item.
Exceptions for delivery via courier will be made for customers in rural areas in which case the item will ship via Australia
Post registered.

RETURNS & WARRANTY
Condition Returns
If you believe that the item you received does not match our description, please contact our office within 3 days of
receiving the item. Our service staff will do their best to resolve the matter to your satisfaction. If we are not able to
resolve your issue, simply send the item back to us and you will receive a full refund of the purchase price.
Warranty
All the equipment we sell is genuine and manufactured by the leading golf equipment manufacturers in the world. If your
item has a defect that is not noted on the listing we will be more than happy to replace or repair the item for you.
Returns Process
In the event you need to return an item. Please contact our office to get a RA (return authorization) number and return
the item with the RA number clearly only the package. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost and we
recommend that the item is sent back registered post. No refund will be issued unitl the goods have been received and
inspected.
